Hotel Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Introduction to Saint Hubert
Saint Hubert is located in the heart of the village of Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt. It features a bistronomic restaurant and a hotel with six rooms.
Reception Hours
Our reception is open every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We are available to assist you upon your arrival and departure, as well as to make restaurant reservations. Our receptionists are also available for information about the region or any other requests related to your stay.
Arrival
Your room will be ready by 4:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we would be happy to welcome you at the bar, which opens at 8:30 AM, or at the restaurant. If you expect to arrive late, kindly notify us as soon as possible so we can provide you with access information for the hotel and your room. If you would like to reserve a table for lunch or dinner on your arrival day, please inform us as well.
Departure
Your room must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest. If you plan to leave before 7:30 AM, we can complete your departure procedures the evening before until 10:00 PM. Upon request, we can also prepare a takeaway breakfast for you. Exceptionally, if our activity permits, we can allow you to stay in your room until 12:00 PM for an additional fee of 50€.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Restaurant
The restaurant is open from Friday to Tuesday for lunch, served between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM, and for dinner, served between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM. We strongly recommend reserving a table when you book your room.
Luggage Storage
Our establishment does not have porters or valets. We do not have a luggage storage area, but in exceptional cases, we can keep your luggage for a short period in a room that is not locked.
Bicycles
Unfortunately, we do not have the space to store bicycles. We recommend you park your bike in the village with a secure system. If you have an electric bike, you are welcome to charge your battery at the reception for 2€.
Children
If you have children, please inform us at the time of your reservation. If you have a baby, we can provide a crib free of charge and set it up in your room. For children over 3 years old, we also have two triple rooms available with a 50€ supplement. Please inform us of your child's presence when you make your reservation.
Pets
Your pet is welcome at our establishment, both in your room and at the restaurant, for an additional fee of 30€ per day. However, your pet must not disturb other guests. Please inform us of your pet's presence when booking, so we can prepare a cozy corner for it in your room.
Special Event
If you would like to celebrate a special event during your stay at Saint Hubert, such as a birthday, a marriage proposal, or a vow renewal, we can prepare a bouquet of flowers, a fruit basket, or a bottle of champagne to be placed in your room before your arrival. It is also possible to arrange a cake for your lunch or dinner.
Accessibility for People with Reduced Mobility
Although the restaurant is accessible, the rooms are only reachable via stairs, and unfortunately, the hotel is not accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
Non-Smoking Property
Saint Hubert is completely non-smoking. A fine of 250€ will be imposed if you smoke in the rooms or anywhere else on the property.
Room Furnishings and Decoration
The rooms have been carefully furnished and decorated. The furniture is custom-made, and the items are lovingly sourced. In case of damage, the amount corresponding to the repair costs will be deducted from your deposit.
GENERAL RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Article 1 - Reception
The owner commits to personally welcoming guests with the attention necessary to make their stay easier and to help them discover the region.
Article 2 - Conclusion of Contract
The reservation becomes effective as soon as the owner receives a non-refundable deposit from the client, equal to at least one night per room. The payment of this deposit constitutes acceptance of the general terms and conditions.
Article 3 - Payment of Balance
The balance is to be paid upon arrival at the property. Payment can be made by credit card, French cheque, bank transfer, or cash.
Article 4 - Deposit
A deposit of 400€, paid in cash or by credit card, will be requested upon arrival. It will be refunded at departure if there is no damage.
Article 5 - Cancellation by the Client
Due to the small size of our establishment, any cancellation significantly affects us.
a) In all cases, the deposit remains with the owner, who reserves the right to claim the remaining balance of the stay.
b) If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner, and the total stay amount is due, minus the nights that could be rebooked.
c) If the client does not show up before 8:00 PM on the scheduled day of arrival, and has not informed us of any delay, the owner may dispose of the rooms. The deposit remains with the owner, and the total stay amount is due.
d) In case of an early departure less than 48 hours before the planned stay, the price corresponding to the originally scheduled accommodation remains fully due to the owner.
e) In case of cancellation after arrival, the price for the accommodation remains fully due to the owner. For long stays, we recommend purchasing cancellation insurance.
Article 6 - Cancellation by the Owner
If the owner cancels the stay before it begins, they must inform the client and ensure the message has been received. The client will be immediately refunded any amounts paid, without prejudice to any claims for damages.
Article 7 - Arrival
Arrivals are from 4:00 PM. The client must arrive on the specified day and within the hours indicated on the site. In case of a late or delayed arrival, the client must notify the owner.
Article 8 - Departures
Departures are to be made before 11:00 AM. Exceptionally, and only if the hotel's activity allows it, we can allow you to stay until 12:00 PM for an additional 50€.
Article 9 - Use of the Premises
The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. The client agrees to return the room in good condition. In case of damage, the client agrees to reimburse the costs incurred. The amount corresponding to these costs may also be deducted from the deposit. Rooms are non-smoking.
Article 10 - Capacity
The reservation is made for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner may refuse the additional guests, without canceling the reservation.
