We are so excited to announce our collaboration between Gallivant & Gather and Le Saint Hubert.  In December, Salem Cone- owner & founder of Gallivant & Gather and Lise Kvan - restaurateur, hotelier and co-owner of Le Saint Hubert in Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt will be hosting two exclusive, small-group retreats in Lise and Eric’s charming, newly redesigned hotel in the Luberon valley of Provence.

The Winter Traditions in Provence Retreat will be a luxurious, intimate retreat nestled in the enchanting Luberon valley of Provence. Designed exclusively for a small group of guests, this four-night, five-day experience offers the perfect balance of relaxation, adventure, and festive magic immersing guests in the region's rich culture and seasonal splendor.

Highlights of the retreat include: A truffle hunting excursion, visiting the most charming artisan Christmas markets of the region, wandering medieval villages, a special winemaker's dinner, cooking class, and more.

This retreat promises to start off your holiday season with festive, Provençal charm!

The retreat will take place in Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt in December 2026. Room categories range from $5,000 to $6,000. Single & double occupancy options available. A downpayment of 500€ will secure your spot and we will then be in touch to complete your application.
