Pack your bags and come with us to meet Provencal farmers, understand and support their artisanal productions, learn how to make cheese, truffle hunt, and make wine in a region where wine has been in production since before the Roman Empire. 

We are beyond thrilled to collaborate with historical, artisanal Le Chameau 1927, who support farmers with all their hearts. Every pair of Le Chameau boots is unique and handmade with the greatest care by highly skilled artisans. Each workshop participant will be gifted a pair of Le Chameau Wellingtons for our farm visits to keep your feet warm and dry in the Provencal autumn.

It has been our dream to be able to host guests for week long stays at Le Saint Hubert and truly immerse our guests in French terroir, introduce you to farmers and hear about their motivations and production choices, and highlight the undeniable necessity of supporting local farmers and their families. 

For a year, Eric and I did just that. We sold everything, bought a camping car, and lived on the road for a year. We documented French farmer's work across France with our project Bon Fond. Now is your chance to join us in discovering the Autumn Harvest of the Luberon.
